Management
Caufield Primary Early Childhood Centre is jointly managed by Caulfield Primary School and ECMS (Early Childhood Management Services).
Caulfield Primary School is responsible for the overall direction of the Centre, and presently oversees grounds and buildings maintenance.
ECMS is a not for profit organisation that employs the staff at the kinder and collects fees, and makes sure the operation of the kindergarten complies with the Children's Services Act and Regulations.

The kindergarten is regulated by policies relating to specific areas of its operation. These policies comply with Human Service regulations and include:
