Four year old kindergarten fee subsidy
The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development provides a kindergarten fee subsidy for parents who hold a current Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession Card and for holders of certain types of visa (please check with ECMS for your eligibility). The subsidy is paid to ECMS, and covers the cost of 10 hours per week of kindergarten. Lunchtime care is not covered by the subsidy.

Making payments
Payments can be made in full at the beginning of the year or each term to ECMS. Families are invoiced directly and payment instructions are enclosed with the invoice.
